Return & Refund Policy

Refund, Return or Cancellation: any of our medical equipment whether on rent or purchase are governed by the following rules;

 

  1. A full refund will be issued if the equipment is not required due to technical issues with the machine. Transportation charges will not be refunded.
  2. Duration of service will be defined at the time of order placement, In case a customer wants to return in the rental duration time frame, It’s the sole discretion of the company whether to issue a refund for the remaining days or not. 
  3. Purchased equipment can be returned within 24 hours from the date of purchase in any technical or non-technical issues. A full refund will be given to the customer excluding the transportation charge.
  4. Any order can be canceled whether Purchase Or Rental at any point in time, however, transportation will be charged if the product is out for delivery.
  5. If the Product is non-functional at the time of delivery it will be replaced at the same time or refunded.
  6. We shall process the refund as soon as possible, however, to get the amount reflected into the bank account of the customer may take 5 to 7 working days.

Communications

HyperLocals will communicate with you through the email and mobile number you have specified. Your email address is never shared with anybody within or outside HyperLocals space. We use your email address and phone number to send you the following types of communications:

  • Transactional information about the services that you have taken including but not limited to payment information, appointment times, clinician information, etc
  • Promotional information to inform you about additional services or related services that we believe may be of interest to you
  • Sending you occasional announcements about changes in our policies or announcement of new promotions or services.

The above can be done through the medium of SMS, Email, Whatsapp, or over phone calls.
